Celebrate the season with a fun-filled day at The Sandbox Children’s Museum! Enjoy games, music, delicious food, family activities, and our Young Entrepreneurs Market featuring creative kids showcasing and selling their own products.
We’re looking for young entrepreneurs who have a product they’d like to sell. Whether it’s handmade crafts, artwork, baked goods, or another creative idea, we’ll help guide participants through the process of preparing for market day. All they need is a product they’re excited to share!

Our Programs
Story Makers
Story Makers brings stories to life! Each week, our staff leads children through a new and exciting book, followed by a creative activity inspired by the story. Kids might make a craft, act out characters, or use their imaginations in a fun theatrical activity. There’s always a new book, a new adventure, and a new way to create!!

Discover. Imagine. Grow. (D.I.G.)
Discover. Imagine. Grow. (DIG) is a free, play-based kindergarten readiness program for children ages 3–5. Through hands-on STEM exploration, children build confidence, practice key developmental skills, and learn alongside peers in a supportive social setting.
DIG nurtures curiosity, problem-solving, and a love of learning—helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally as they prepare for school and beyond.
Tuesdays | 9–10 AM | Ongoing 10-week sessions, September–April
Summer Camp
Create. Imagine. Explore. Sandbox Summer Camp blends art, science, technology, and imaginative play into a fun, engaging morning camp experience. Campers build, experiment, collaborate, and problem-solve in ways that spark curiosity and confidence.
Field Trips
Discover. Play. Learn. Step into a world where learning comes to life! At The Sandbox Children’s Museum, students explore, create, and imagine through hands-on pretend play, arts and crafts, and STEM experiences featuring robotics, 3D printing, interactive gaming, microscopes, and more. School visits include a 2-hour session and special program for just $12 per student, with teachers and chaperones free.
