The Sandbox offers general admission and annual memberships. No reservations are necessary. The target age group is 8 and under, however, older children are welcome to play with younger siblings. A toddler room is available for younger children. Strollers are not allowed in the museum. The admission is $6 for adults and children two years and older. Children under two years are free.

Normal operating hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm, September thru March & May and Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm April, June, July & August.

Seasonal and holiday hours are often in effect and include additional days and expanded hours. Check the calendar of events for the current schedule.
